HGZ series light incubator

1.Usage Overview Widely used in microbial tissue cell culture, seed germination, seedling experiments, plant cultivation, as well as insect and small animal breeding. Can accurately simulate different environmental and climatic conditions.

2. Product features The dual greenhouse constant temperature structure allows the airflow inside the box to undergo preliminary exchange and mixing in the preheating chamber, and then be sent into the sample chamber through a silent fan. This type of repeated circulation ensures that the sample is in a uniform sample chamber. And strictly check the incoming air volume to prevent the sample from losing moisture too quickly and failing the experiment. The double door structure can solve the problem of opening the door without affecting the temperature inside the box and without blind spots in sample observation when observing changes in the sample inside the box and when a stable experimental environment is required for the sample during experiments. The compressor has a large and small refrigeration capacity, and we independently develop a large and small refrigeration capacity system. When the equipment needs low temperature, the large refrigeration capacity is turned on, and the equipment quickly cools down. After reaching the temperature, the equipment automatically switches to small refrigeration capacity. The excess refrigeration capacity cools the compressor, making the equipment have no strict requirements for the operating environment. (Environmental and Health Initiative, using 134a, fluorine free refrigerant, efficient, energy-saving, making the environment healthier!) The control display system adopts a large LCD color screen, with different colors representing the displayed temperature and set temperature, allowing for a clear observation of the actual operating status of the equipment at a glance.

The control instrument is divided into three modes of control: (1)Fixed point temperature and lighting control. (2)Day and night mode control. (3)Program control mode, divided into 99 cycle programs, with 30 segments per week, each segment lasting 99 hours and 59 minutes. Core components, well-known domestic brand compressors, well-known domestic brand silent fans, Yibian refrigeration cabinet fans, high-precision CNC machine tool sheet metal processing. All selected electrical components have passed one of the CE/CCC/UL certifications. Six level adjustable LED light source, the light source adopts LED cold light source, which can be divided into six levels of dimming. Each lamp bead turns from dark to bright, and is gently dimmable. Three sided lighting design effectively ensures the light intensity inside the box, without blind spots or omissions.
