HRD-45 The electric surface Rockwell hardness tester is a Rockwell hardness tester that uses a small test force to test the hardness of the superficial metal layer. Due to the small test force, the indentation is small, which does not affect the continued use of the specimen.

Electric loading, automatic completion of test force application, holding and unloading. Except for the dial to zero, there is no artificial operation error. The transformation of the test force is obtained by rotating the variable load handwheel, which is easy to operate, stable in loading, no impact, high in testing efficiency and good in stability. Direct reading on the dial, HRN, HRT, and other Rockwell scales are optional; stable loading and adjustable speed; frictionless spindle, high test force accuracy; accuracy in line with GB/T230.2, ISO6508-2 and American ASTM E18 standards .
