TZF-6020 Vacuum oven

The TZF series vacuum drying box uses a vacuum pump to extract the air inside the box,making the atmospheric pressure lower than normal, so that the product can be tested in a very clean state. It is mainly used to dry samples and can also provide the temperature environment required for experiments. Suitable for vacuum heat treatment in the production process of electronic products, such as defoaming, dehydration, hardening, and drying after clean treatment. It is particularly suitable for fast and efficient drying treatment of drying heat sensitive, easily decomposed, easily oxidized substances, and complex components. Widely used in electronic products such as lithium electronic batteries, LED optoelectronic components, crystal oscillators, as well as research and application fields such as biochemistry, chemical pharmaceuticals,medical treatment, agriculture, and environmental protection.

Temperature control system LCD display, PID adaptive controller, no need to set internal parameters, accurate and reliable temperature control;
The rectangular inner liner can fully utilize space, and the microcomputer temperature controller has timing and ultra stable protection functions;
The tempered bulletproof double layer glass door allows for a clear view of the contents of the inner container, allowing inert gas to be injected into the interior;
The tightness of the box door can be adjusted by the user at will. The silicone rubber door sealing ring formed as a whole ensures a high vacuum inside the box;
The inner liner is made of stainless steel plate, the outer shell of the box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed with plastic;
Alarm temperature points can be set according to experimental needs. If the temperature is too high or exceeds the set temperature, it will automatically alarm;
Equipped with parameter memory protection and call recovery function for data loss caused by power outage or crash status
The heating element is located on the internal partition of the box, which has higher heating efficiency and shorter heating time compared to traditional vacuum drying boxes (only for internal heating);
The aluminum shelf made by special stamping process (with stainless steel mesh partition for external heating) has the advantages of high temperature non oxidation, fast heat conduction, and reduced heat loss;
Storage, heating, testing, and drying are all carried out in an environment without oxygen or filled with inert gases, which will not cause oxidation.
